Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program
Due to the constant flow of immigrants in Saskatchewan, the economy and population of this Canadian prairie province has been flourishing. Each year, Saskatchewan welcomes around 14000 to 16000 immigrants.
The SINP, or the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program, was designed to help the Saskatchewan Provincial Government nominate interested individuals who intend to obtain or partner in a business in Saskatchewan. It is one of the primary immigration programs of Saskatchewan.
The Saskatchewan Investment Immigration Program requires to be actively involved in managing that business while residing in Saskatchewan.
The program enables the provincial Government to attract Canada Permanent Resident applications from non-Canadians planning to settle in Saskatchewan. It also helps them put forward the applications of successful applicants for Canada PR to the Federal Government.
Saskatchewan Business Investment Immigration Visa
- The Saskatchewan investment visa program requires the applicant to submit his Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Saskatchewan portal.
- After the EOI has been scrutinized, the Saskatchewan authorities will send you an invitation asking you to submit your application for nomination.
- Once your application has been taken care of, you will be eligible to apply for a Temporary Work Permit (TWP), which would be needed for you to conduct your operations there.
- Once you arrive in Canada with your permit, you will have to agree with the Government of Saskatchewan and will work with an assigned business house to fulfill the terms of this Business Process Agreement. This needs to be completed within 18 months of arriving there.
What is SINP Program?
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a major part of the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), designed to attract skilled workers, entrepreneurs, and individuals with work experience in the province.
Under various categories such as the International Skilled Worker, Saskatchewan Experience, and Entrepreneur streams, the program addresses the unique economic and labour market needs of Saskatchewan.
The assessment process is based on factors like education, work experience, language proficiency, and in case of entrepreneurs, business acumen. By participating in the SINP, individuals can open up their path to Canadian PR while actively contributing to the economic growth and diversity of Saskatchewan.
