Ontario Immigration Nominee Program or OINP

Under the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP), the government of Ontario nominates foreign workers, international students and investors with right skills, experience and education, to fill their job vacancies. This stream is mainly for highly educated, extensively skilled workers and individuals with a valid job opportunity from an Ontario-based employer. This stream expedites the nomination process and their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply for a permanent residency. Ontario PNP Requirements, Eligibility, Fees and Processing Time

The Ontario PNP has a few eligibility criteria that you need to fulfil in order to make it through the Ontario PNP nomination process. Those criteria are:

• Applicants have at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Applicants must have a minimum CRS score of 400.
• A clean criminal record.
• Applicants must have extensive work experience.
• Sufficient funds to take care of themselves in Ontario.

Based on each stream your application fees may vary, but here is a general range of all the fees that you might have to pay regardless of the stream that you’re applying to.

• Application fee range- CAD 1,500 to CAD 2,000.
• Nomination fee range- CAD 2,000 to CAD 2,500.
• Federal Government Fees- CAD 1325.
• Language testing fees- CAD 300 to CAD 400.
• Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) Fees- CAD 200 to CAD 300.
• Document Translation Fees- CAD 30 to CAD 100.
