Sub Class 103 Parent VISA
This is a permanent Residency Visa for a parent of a settled Australian citizen or a person with Australian Permanent Residency status or an eligible New Zealand Citizen. To be eligible for this visa you need to be

Sub Class 143 Contributory Parent Visa
This is a permanent Residency Visa for a parent of a settled Australian citizen or a person with Australian Permanent Residency status or an eligible New Zealand Citizen. It is the same as the Parent VISA (Sub Class 103); however, you will have to pay more for Subclass 143 and the process time is very less.
Subclass 173 Contributory Parent (Temporary) Visa
This is a 2 year temporary visa. You can go ahead and promote your visa to Sub class 143, if you would want to under this Visa
Contributory Parent (Migrant) visa (from subclass 173 to subclass 143)
This visa is for holders of a temporary Contributory Parent visa (subclass 173), who want to apply for a permanent Contributory Parent visa (subclass 143).
Aged Parent Visas
These visas are for parents whose age is equivalent to Australian citizen’s age for pension. An aged parent who applies for PR under this category will not receive his/her Age Pension soon after he/she receives his/her PR. They need to wait for a good 10 years before this VISA matures for the parent to be eligible to get the pension. This applies to both aged and disabled individuals.
Aged Parent (Residence) visa (subclass 804)
This is a permanent residency Visa program for aged parents to remain in Australia, whose children are already part of Australia as either citizens or holders of PR Status.
Contributory Aged Parent (Residence) visa (subclass 864)
This category is the same as Sub class 804. This visa takes much lesser time to process but costs a lot more than the Aged Parent Visa.

This is a temporary visa valid for two years. If you hold this visa you can apply for the permanent Contributory Aged Parent (Residence) visa (subclass 864).
