Express Entry Skilled Worker – Under this category, your profile must be in the Express Entry pool already. If you have a job offer from an organization in Newfoundland and Labrador then you receive a nomination from the province enabling you to apply for the Canadian Permanent Residency Visa.

Skilled Worker – If you are already working in this province or are having a work permit or have a guaranteed offer of employment from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer then you are eligible for nomination under this category. After you receive your nomination, your profile is forwarded to the Express Entry program to proceed with the PR process.
